Diana Matamoros is the Founder and CEO of The Latina Upskill Project, a social impact agency dedicated to expanding access to mentorship, professional growth, and economic mobility for the next generation of diverse leaders.
With over a decade of experience in human resources, talent development, and leadership education, Diana has designed and led large-scale workforce initiatives that center equity, representation, and inclusion. Her expertise spans HR consulting, curriculum design, organizational learning, and leadership development for both public sector agencies and community-based organizations.
Through The Latina Upskill Project, Diana combines her background as an educator, HR professional, and speaker to build pathways for Latina and first-generation professionals to advance, advocate for their worth, and lead with confidence.
